Delete your account

You can delete your Anaboliq account and its data at any time, from the app or by asking us.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Anaboliq and tap the profile button (the person icon) at the top of the Dashboard.
2. Tap Edit Profile, then open the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it:

You can also use our contact form. We'll confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, email and sign-in details
• Workouts, sets, personal records and plans
• Food logs, saved meals, meal plans and diet plans
• Sleep logs, intake tracking, check-ins and insights
• Notifications and device registrations

What may be kept

• Bug reports you sent are kept without your name or account attached.
• Gym equipment photos and food corrections you shared with the community can stay available to other users, no longer linked to your account.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our payment partner RevenueCat, as they're required to keep them.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and aren't restored except to recover from an outage.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you aren't charged again.
